Who we are

Social Sparks is a campaign-management tool operated by Hubhearts. This policy covers any Hubhearts-branded property, including Social Sparks campaign pages built on behalf of partner clients such as Roaring Lambs Ministries.

What we collect

Visit telemetry — page views, anonymized device/browser, referrer, UTM tags. Used to measure campaign performance.
Click events — when you click a tracked CTA (e.g. "Buy ticket"). Used for conversion attribution.
Email opt-ins — if you submit your email through a Hubhearts form. Used for the specific list you opted into.
Account data — for admin/operator users only: email, name, role.

What we do not collect

We do not fingerprint, build advertising profiles, or sell any data to third parties. We do not place third-party advertising cookies on Social Sparks campaign pages.

Client-owned contact lists

When a client uploads their own contact list (donor list, customer list, event RSVPs) into Hubhearts, that list remains the client's property. Detailed handling commitments are in our Data Trust statement.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing hello@hubhearts.com. We respond within 5 business days. EU/UK and California residents have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively.

Cookies

We use first-party cookies for session continuity and a single first-party analytics cookie for visitor counting. No third-party tracking cookies.
